I don't know if I can stand this suspense! We still didn't get Ed's passport AGAIN today, and when I did the preliminary online check in, it's quite clear that the hospital birth certificate--that's he's used all his life--is not acceptable. We've only got two more mail delivery days for it to get to us. He requested a birth certificate from Pennsylvania and paid big bucks for them to rush it. I told that when it came in he shouldn't send it in with his passport request until after we came back from the cruise--there just wasn't time to be sure to get it back. Did he listen to me? No!!! So now he has neither a birth certificate nor a passport.
Egad! If I eat a $3,000 cruise plus the airfare I am not going to be pleasant to be around for a VERY long time. I could just cry!

OH NO!!!!! We have been waiting for my husband's passport and it takes FOREVER! He also had to get a new birth certificate as well. I hope they you get it TOMORROW!!!!
Have you called the cruise line to see if there is anything you can do? I am holding on to hope that it will get here today or Monday.
You could just take me, I have my passport ;-)
