Time will tell.
I lost nearly 2 pounds. I was disappointed, but what can I say? I'm feeling great, and I'm liking what I'm eating and drinking. I'm not hungry, and my blood sugar level is steady enough. That's good, right? And I fit into a smaller size than I was able to wear two weeks ago. That's definitely good.
My goal is to be able to wear a dress I got two years ago for Easter in two weeks.
